I want to book a DJ at Cocoon Artist Booking – what do I do?
Generally, the first contact must be made via the Booking Request form on www.cocoon.net/booking.

 

Which information does Cocoon Artist Booking need to process my inquiry?
The more detailed your inquiry is, the faster it can be processed and rechecked with the artist. The most important thing is to mention your references (i.e. a list of events you have promoted with date, booked artists and agencies involved).

 

Do I need to have a VAT number?
With inquiries from inside E.U., we generally need a VAT number from you. From outside E.U., we need a so-called Business Certificate in copy. This is required by German tax laws. Otherwise, we have to charge 19% VAT on each invoice.

 

Can I promote my event as "Cocoon Night" or "Cocoon presents..." as long as I have booked one Cocoon DJ?
No, because promoting a Cocoon event requires certain preconditions, and trademark protection regulations must be fulfilled. This is regulated in separate contracts.
