Cocoon Concerts started in summer 2006 with Deichkind, followed by the British electro pop and techno act Underworld, French sound perfectionists Phoenix and the solid rock of Juliette Lewis (“Natural Born Killers“) and her band The Licks.
Concerts of the charismatic Iamx (Chris Corner/Sneaker Pimps), of the youngsters The Cat Empire, Fancy and the German pop duo 2Raumwohnung complete the list of concerts. The last big show was in autumn 2007 the concert of hip hop and rap pioneers De La Soul, who celebrated a phenomenal and highly energetic closing date of their German tour at the CocoonClub.
After this successful launch period, during which all professional requirements to concerts and live shows within the scope of building services and infrastructure have been established, the CocoonClub is now available as a steady and regular concert location.

With the live concert concept, we want to open the Cocoon Club doors to new dimensions in all music styles, from rock,
punk, independent and alternative to hip hop, pop and electronic music.“
